Freedom Williams (born February 13, 1966) is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter best known as the frontman for C+C Music Factory. He provided the iconic vocals for hits like “Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now),” “Here We Go (Let’s Rock & Roll),” and “Things That Make You Go Hmmm…”. Raised in Queens, NY, he was an early hip-hop innovator who later acquired the trademark to perform as C+C Music Factory.
